About me
Nicholas Whitaker is an executive capacity coach, mindfulness in nature facilitator, leadership guide and writer who works at the intersection of culture, well-being, and technological change. After more than a decade working inside Google and the tech industry on education, learning, and culture initiatives, Nicholas now focuses on how individuals and organizations navigate disruption, and the hidden costs of always-on work culture. His work draws on lived experience inside large systems, deep study of mindfulness and self-leadership, and years of coaching people who care deeply about their work but feel stretched, overwhelmed, or unsure how to lead from where they are.
He is the founder of the Rebellion Collective, where he helps individuals and teams reclaim the capacity that modern work systems extract from them. His framework, the C.H.E.A.T. Code™, makes visible how our habits shape the energy, attention, and time we have left to give... and what happens when any one of those hits zero. He has co-authored three Amazon bestselling books and writes on Substack, where his newsletter has ranked in the top 100 in Education.
