About me
David Cuillier, Ph.D., is director of the Joseph L. Brechner Freedom of Information Project at the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications. A former journalist, he has taught and researched access to government information for decades and is co-author of "The Art of Access: Strategies for Acquiring Public Records."
