We’ll focus on how business journalists are using data visualization software and techniques to illuminate trends, expose disparities and explain complex financial information to audiences without misleading or oversimplifying.

The discussion emphasizes visualization as a reporting and editorial decision — not just a design exercise — meant to enhance accuracy, context and audience understanding.
